Small Business Management

The Associate of Applied Science in Small Business Management program is designed to meet the needs of those who are interested in pursuing a career in business or entrepreneurship.

Small Business Management (AAS) coursework emphasizes the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are essential to becoming a successful small business owner and/or manager. Students will acquire skills in entrepreneurial strategies and planning, feasibility analysis, market analysis, and competitor analysis and will develop a comprehensive business plan for a new business venture.
